With 12+ years in UX/UI and 8+ as a Senior Product Designer, I've built deep experience in user research, prototyping, interaction design, and usability testing.

I've spent 6 years designing complex dashboards for SameSystem's retail management platform, and was responsible for the full design of their iOS and Android app.

For over 2 years, I was the sole freelance Product Designer for Teamhood, a Lithuanian project management tool. I started my career as the only designer at Omnisend, an upcoming 🇱🇹 Lithuanian unicorn.

Outside my day job, I design, build, and launch my own products end-to-end - 3 apps live on the App Store, with a SaaS platform launching soon.

I also work AI-natively: tools like Claude Code and Figma Make are part of my daily process, letting me move from prototype to working product without waiting on a handoff.

I start with real conversations before assumptions - talking to users to understand the problem, not just validate a solution I've already sketched. Findings feed directly into prototyping and get retested as the design evolves, rather than being a one-time step at the start.

I don't hand off a Figma file and walk away. I stay close to a feature through build, launch, and the data that comes after - treating the outcome as mine, not just the deliverable.

Directly and early - looping in engineers and POs while a design is still taking shape, not after it's polished. On a small team, fast feedback loops matter more than a formal handoff process.

Tools like Claude Code and Figma Make are part of my daily process - they let me move from prototype to working product without waiting on a handoff. I also use ChatGPT, mostly for copywriting. I design AI-natively rather than treating it as a separate step.

I wanted to understand the full path - from idea and research to getting first paid users, income, and analytics - not just the design piece. It's also my sandbox: since I own the product, I have full flexibility to test ideas and do whatever I want with it.

I design with data - research, usage patterns, and testing inform iteration rather than a single round of polish. The goal is finding the overlap where what users actually need also moves the business forward, not treating the two as a trade-off.
